CKFR Home Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is a sole trade business based at 13 Mere Path, Greenmeadow, Cwmbran NP44 4SL. We provide handyman and property maintenance services across South Wales.

We collect the personal information you give us when you contact us — typically your name, email address, phone number, postcode and a description of the work you need. We also collect basic, non-identifying website usage data (e.g. pages visited) to improve the site.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and complete the work, send you a written quote and invoice, and (where you've agreed) keep you informed about your job. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

6. How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept for up to 24 months. Invoicing and job records are kept for at least 6 years as required by UK tax legislation.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. You can also object to processing and request a copy of the data we hold. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
9. Embedded content
Some pages embed a Google Maps frame. When you load these pages, Google may set its own cookies and collect basic usage data under its own privacy policy.
